Meet Mike
Dedicated to Public Service,
Committed to Client Success
For more than three decades, Michael W. Webb has provided trusted legal guidance at the intersection of law, government, and business. As the former Redondo Beach City Attorney and City Prosecutor, he led complex litigation, negotiated major real estate and development agreements, and advised city leaders on issues shaping the community.
Now in private practice, Michael brings that same depth of experience to clients throughout California — offering practical, strategic counsel on matters involving real estate, land use, contracts, ethics, and public law. His approach combines deep institutional knowledge with clear, results-oriented advice tailored to each client’s needs.
Michael’s public and private sector insight helps clients navigate government processes, resolve disputes, and achieve success with confidence.
During his five terms as City Attorney for Redondo Beach, he served as chief legal advisor to the Mayor, City Council, and city departments, managing state and federal litigation, negotiating complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with California’s evolving regulatory landscape. In his prosecutorial role, he helped create landmark initiatives such as Functional Zero Street Homelessness, as well as Homeland Security and civil gang-injunction strategies that earned statewide and even national recognition.
Before his tenure, in Redondo, Michael served as a Deputy City Attorney and Deputy District Attorney, where he built a strong foundation in litigation, prosecution, and public service.
Today, as Founder and Principal of the Law Office of Michael W. Webb, he leverages that experience to counsel clients across California on real-estate, government, and business matters.
